Breakfast ideas - fast, healthy, and easy to prepare

Hiiiii everybody! :)

As I mentioned last time, I really want to share with you three meals which I prepare for breakfast almost every day and which give me a lot of energy early in the morning. They are full of colour, flavour and what is most important - they are extremely easy and fast to make. All we need are fresh fruits, vegetables and ingredients which for sure everyone has in their kitchen. :)

1. Summer salad with both dried and fresh fruits.

INGREDIENTS

- 1/2 apple
- 1/2 orange
- 1 banana
- 2 dried apricots
- 5 dried cranberries
- 3 tablespoons rolled oats
- 5 tablespoons natural yoghurt

PREPARATION

Wash, peel and chop fresh fruits. Mix them in a bowl and add rolled oats and natural yoghurt. Place dried fruits on top.
Done! :)

2. Fresh fruit salad with walnuts and chocolate.

INGREDIENTS

- 1 apple
- 1/2 orange
- 1 handful red grapes
- 3 walnuts
- 3 tablespoons rolled oats
- 5 tablespoons natural yoghurt
- 1 cube dark chocolate

PREPARATION

Wash, peel and chop all fruits. Combine them in a medium bowl and top with rolled oats and natural yoghurt. Finally sprinkle with walnuts and grate a cube of dark chocolate on top. Enjoy your meal! :)

3. Light vegetable salad.

There's nothing easier than making this spring, delicious and healthy salad!

INGREDIENTS

Salad:
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 3 radishes
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/2 tomato
- 1/4 small onion
- 2 tablespoons chives
- salt
- black pepper

Dressing:
- 1/3 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
- herbs e.g. dry basil and oregano
- water

PREPARATION

Dressing: combine olive oil, lemon juice, herbs and water in a small bowl.

Salad: wash and cut all vegetables. Place lettuce leaves on the bottom of a seperate bowl and top with chopped vegetables apart from chives. Flavour with pepper and salt, pour dressing over salad and toss well. Finally add the chives.

Of course, these are only my own choices and suggestions. In salads you can obviously mix fruits and vegetables which you like the most. :)

Bon appetit!

Ps. I've changed some items on the blog and I hope you will like them!

FIVE FAVOURITES: Shower gels, body peelings & their lovely scents Spring/Summer 2014

Follow my blog with Bloglovin

Hello hello! :)

Saturday has just come so it's time for new FIVE FAVOURITES! :)

To begin with, I need to mention that what makes these products appealing for me is their lovely fragrance which undoubtedly reminds me of the long, sunny, spring and summer days. Do you know the feeling when you lie on the grass or on the beach trying to unwind, you're surrounded by nature and the sun is beautifully shining just at your body?
I know this feeling very well. :) And this is the reason why I decided to put these products in my FIVE FAVOURITES for spring and summer. :)

1. SHOWER CREAM - Nivea, Free Time, Aloe Vera and Starfruit.
2. SHOWER GEL - Nivea, Water Lily and Oil.

I placed these two products together because they are extremely similar in the way they work.
- they are both extremely refreshing
- leave my skin soft and hydrated
- have an absolutely gorgeous scent
- easy to foam
- are budget and easy to get, eg. in Rossmann, for about 9 zloty

They differ only in their consistency. The one with aloe vera is more creamy.

3. SHOWER GEL - Original Source, Mango&Macadamia.

- leaves my skin smelling fresh and light long after the application
- has an amazingly lovely sweet scent
- does not dry out the skin
- foams perfectly
- is cheap and easy accessible, eg. in Rossmann, for less than 9 zloty

I'm sure you have already used many shower gels by Original Source and you know exactly how they work.

I know that some of them have a terrible, disgusting scent; however, fortunately, the one with mango&macadamia is more than OK.

4. BODY PEELING - Joanna, Body Naturia, with cherry.
5. BODY PEELING - Joanna, Body Naturia, with blackcurrant.

- contain small particles
- they have INCREDIBLY awesome fragrance: the one of fresh and sweet fruits
- leave the skin soft, refreshed and smoothed
- available eg. in Drogeria Natura, for less than 5 zl (!)
- The bestiest!!

If you're looking for some refreshing shower gels and body peelings for warm or scorching days, you should really try these products out!

Have a lovely week and see you next Saturday!

Ps. I'm wondering about creating the following post about some healthy breakfast foods which taste delicious and give me a lot of energy early in the morning...

FIVE FAVOURITES - lipsticks for Spring/Summer 2014

Hi everybody! :)

We've got an awesome sunny spring for quite a while now and it's time to show you my five favourite lipsticks which I've been using since the first sings of spring have appeared on the horizon.

Let's look at them together. :)

1. Golden Rose, Perfect Shine, nr 207.

I bought this lipstick so long ago that I've already managed to forget about it. Luckily, I came across it when I'd decided to have a spring tidy-out of my make-up things before the spring season has arrived.

To be honest, I am not able to tell you what was the exact price of the lipstick - perhaps it was about 10 zloty - but I know that it is still in stock.

Its formula is very creamy. It contains vitamin A and E.

The lipstick gives both moisture and wear. It's by far not one of those long-lasting products and it is not marked to be. At most it lasts 2-3 hours on the lips but re-applying is really easy.

The colour is a natural one - pretty, shiny and bright nude brown.

Great everyday shade! :)

2. Celia, nr 1.

This lipstick is a bit brighter than the first one but still kept in a nude tone.
It has many small shiny particles and a pearl finish. It's available in twenty different shades.

It lasts on the lips for 2,3 hours without touching it up.

The price is 8,80zl.

3. Golden Rose, nr 67.
Founded after a year and a half in my sponge bag!

It has an absolutely gorgeous deep orange colour which lasts up to 5 hours. It's creamy and gives your lips a pearl gloss.

Must have for summer!

4. KOBO, Colour Trends, nr 308 - Coral kiss.

Definitely a long-wearng lipstick. Lasts up to 6,7 hours. Its great pigmentation gives your lips a lovely, lively coral colour and pretty shine.

Incredibly creamy formula moisturises your lips and makes the application very easy.

This is probably my number one of all those favourite lipsticks given here. :)

Accessible in a wide variety of adorable shades.
 The price is 15,99zl.

5. Avon, Idealny Pocałunek, Berry Smooch.

This is also one of those long-lasting lipsticks - up to 6,7 hours including eating and drinking.

It has a beautiful, intensive, fuchsia colour.

Thanks to its amazing formula, lips are smooth and deeply hydrated, which is one its greatest advantages.

Its price is 15,99zl.

I hope that you enjoyed reading this post as much as I did whilst writing it! :)

The next post concerning my FIVE FAVOURITES for spring and summer will be out next Saturday at 8am.

Have a nice week everybody! :)

FIVE FAVOURITES - eye shadows for Spring/Summer 2014

Czeeeeeść wszystkim! Jak się macie? Jak przygotowania do Świąt? U mnie pełną gębą! :)

Dość dawno mnie tu nie było, ale wracam ze zdwojoną siłą!

Wpadłam na pomysł, by nadchodzące wpisy pochodziły z cyklu 'FIVE FAVOURITES FOR SPRING/SUMMER 2014'.

2. MIYO, numer 05, Gold Dust.

Perłowy złoty cień z małymi drobinkami.

Znakomicie sprawdza się w rozświetlaniu oka, gdy nałożymy go tylko i wyłącznie na środkową część powieki, a zewnętrzy kącik podkreślimy ciemniejszym cieniem (np. matowym brązem, granatem, zielenią itd.) Nie zapomnijcie oczywiście o rozświetleniu wewnętrznego kącika oka jasnym perłowy cieniem (np. nr 453 z Inglota)

3. MIYO, numer 27, Sunrise.

5. My Secret, numer 110, Pearl Touch.

Perłowy miętowy cień, który w połączeniu z granatem i perłową bielą tworzy coś cudownego.

Cena 7,99zł. Dostępne np. w drogerii Natura.

Pigmentacja.

Do następnego! :)
